While selecting a duvet, you should keep the size of your bed in mind. You should buy a duvet larger than your bed. For instance, a queen size duvet is considered best for a double bed. You should also pay attention to the thread count while purchasing duvets and pillow. A thread count of 180 to 200 is considered as standard while if your budget allows you should buy pillows and duvets with a thread count of 300 or more. Also, you should choose the pillowcases that are made from fine materials as you will daily put your head on them while sleeping.
